They are a brand name that continues to lead in performance, beauty, and durability. Privately held with revenues over 60M per year. Multiple regional Sales offices, Sales Partners, and Installation Partners. Complex Custom CPQ processes and tools integrated closely with Salesforce.com CRM.
There was a massive increase in Client site Projects, and it was tough to identify each project’s headquarters, location and details. The client can now locate and define their Project details, across different locations.
We implemented an advanced approach that graphically represented this data through Einstein Analytics. In Einstein Analytics we created a Dashboard with multiple pages to segment the data effectively. Now the client can keep track of its site projects, locations, stages headquarter, etc. thus keeping its data up to date.

Our client required a well-organized and systematic solution to identify their project headquarters, stage, and location. It was very challenging to dig huge data and define single project details.
They also wanted to measure the number of projects under each headquarters and calculate revenue generation to boost their productivity.

Case: Einstein Analytics Dashboards
- We implemented Salesforce Einstein Analytics Dashboards as a solution that helped them recognize their headquarters and projects associated with them. Our client can now easily track a headquarter account, the number of projects, and its progress detail.
- We also implemented a case management dashboard, which enabled them to monitor each case, view the service agent assigned, and so on. This dashboard also displays open and closed cases.
- Sales Dashboard was built to showcase their end-to-end the entire sales cycle. This helped them in finding out the success ratio and improvising administrative levels for greater outgrowth.
